Who Developed The Body Beast Workout?
The developer of the program is Sagi Kalev, who is originally from Israel and later moved to the United States. Kalev won the Mr. Israel title on two occasions.
For one thing, he is using quality creatine and whey proteins. But you can attain the kind of physique Kalev has by training and eating properly.
So What Is The Body Beast Program? How Long Does It Last For?
The body beast workout program is set up to last 90 days. You can do the program at home or in a gym. Most of the exercises you do are done with a barbell and dumbbells.
There are three different “blocks” during the 90 day program divided into one month apiece:
The problem with this is that muscle is built over the course of a number of years rather than just a few months. You are fooling yourself if you think otherwise.
“Discouraged And Disappointed”

Body Beast contends it has found a secret in building muscle throughout your body, but there really is no secret all.
Nothing has changed in terms of building strength in muscle. As the song goes, “The song remains the same.”
The program in Body Beast works for people who already have a good, solid foundation of muscle, which does no service for beginners.
What Training Split The Program Uses?
If you are not familiar with splits in weight training, this means how you will be dividing your workout.
- 1-day – you will be working out your entire body in one session.
- 2-day – you will be working out your body in two separate sessions
Body Beast are 5-day splits divided out over the course of one week.
The Body Beast’s Exercise Choices
The exercises are pretty straight forward:
- Dumbbell presses
This is followed by several other exercises. There are also what’s called pre-fatigue sets. If you’re a beginner and don’t know what those are, don’t do them!
The Equipment You Will Need
This program is designed for both going to the gym and working out at home. If you decide to stay at home, here is what you will need:

- Free Weights
- Bench (adjustable)
The Beach Body products have the goal of calculating your Basal metabolic rate, or BMR, using what is called the Harris-Benedict Formula. This means increasing your caloric intake with 500 more calories.
The one problem we go back to throughout this review is that they guarantee great results in as little as three months, which is nearly impossible to do.
Another thing which we don’t understand is after two months the program seeks to get rid of extra fat for one month, given the Body Beast program is specifically designed to build muscle

- Progressive: Start with high reps with light weight then moving to short reps with heavier reps. A short break then going in reverse.
- Combo: Any exercises that work multiple muscle groups using multiple joints.
- Circuit: Going from exercise to exercise with little to no rest
- Tempo: When you hold a contraction for a certain time

Body Beast Review: The Nutrition Guide
Your results are 60 percent dependent on nutrition. Too many people when trying to bulk up is that they go too far with bulking up.
