This calorie calculator is a useful tool that calculates the number of calories that you burn in a day. It does this by combining your Basal Metabolic Rate or BMR, Thermogenesis, and Exercise.
BMR is the rate at which your body uses energy while at rest to keep vital functions, such as breathing and your heart beating, working. Knowing your Basal Metabolic Rate is an important first step when trying to lose weight or to make sure that your body is getting the right amount of calories per
