Doing ten exercises for thirty seconds each, with one round of repetitions, results in a complete workout in only ten minutes. Ten minutes a day of this workout will get you that beach body you’ve been going for in no time.

3. 10 Minute Workout (Cardio Dance Abs): Burn to the Beat- Keaira LaShae by BefiT

For a less traditional approach, why not turn to dance? Burn to the Beat led by Keaira LaShae is a high energy workout that uses dance as a way to burn away fat and work your muscles. Not to be confused with the first video on this list of the same name, this is another amateur video that provides excellent content. Fitness Model, Jessica Soar, leads you through a simple workout that can be done at home in under ten minutes.  Running through each exercise for a minute, the workout is challenging but accessible, and can serve as a goal to strive for in your quest for better abs.

Each of these videos is made by a channel that features many other excellent exercise videos that focus on getting a full workout in as little time as possible. So if you are pressed for time but want to keep working towards your summer “bikini bod”, they are definitely worth exploring.
