5 – Hydroxytryptophan
There is scientific evidence that now suggests people are predisposed to obesity and this is partially due to the lower levels of serotonin in the body. Scientific evidence now suggests that these low levels in the brain cause a person to eat more, as it isn’t able to show a person they are satisfied and need to stop eating. 5 – HTP has been shown to boost levels of serotonin in the body and those who take it in studies have significantly reduced their caloric intake.
Chromium
Chromium is another important part of The Fat Diminisher Diet. It helps the body to increase its sensitivity to insulin in the blood. With higher levels in the body, insulin is better blocked and blood sugar levels remain normal and thermogenesis is possible. Research has shown chromium picolinate also helps to build lean tissue in adults when they exercise and reduce the amount of fat in the body.
Coenzyme Q10
CoQ10 as it is often written on supplement bottles properly transports and breaks down the fat in the body and turns it into energy. A little as 100 mg of CoQ10 can help to accelerate the weight loss of an individual and help them to lose more than they would with diet and exercise alone.
Calcium
You know it’s good for your bones, but The Fat Diminisher Diet suggests it will also help you to shed pounds. When taking at least 1,000 milligrams daily, you can experience a significant reduction in weight as part of this plan.
Ginseng
All natural weight loss aids use it and there is evidence that suggests ginseng may help to boost your energy levels and help you to remain more active during the day. This boost in energy can translate to a higher metabolism and as a result, a person can lose more weight when they are participating in The Fat Diminisher Diet.
Cayenne Pepper
It isn’t the pepper itself, but the capsaicin in it that helps a person to shed unwanted pounds. Capsaicin has been shown to lower blood fat levels and to effectively break down the fat tissue in the body. This suggests that a person may lose weight when it is added into their diet and exercise program.
Cinnamon
Studies suggest that people who routinely take cinnamon experience less of a risk of blood sugar spikes. This can help to aid weight loss. As an added benefit, cinnamon is believed to lower LDL cholesterol levels and to help boost a person’s metabolism.
