This post contains my thoughts on and experience with Andrew Raposo's recently released diet system called Flat Belly Overnight, as purchased on February 2nd 2016.
**Summary – What You Need to Know Before Reading On**
Overall I felt this program didn't offer good value for money at all. I purchased the $37 core program and was quite surprised at the lack of content for the price. All I received was 2 very short PDFs and a handful of very basic 2-minute videos.
There isn't any step-by-step information and there aren't workouts or meal plans to follow. To get any of that you need to buy the expensive add-ons (there are 3 in total) after buying the main course.
If you're serious about getting into shape I'd suggest you instead purchase a cheaper and much more comprehensive program. For $20 you can get a fantastic program called ‘Old School New Body' – read our complete review of it here.
That's a much better option and will give you everything you need to lose fat, look and feel younger. It is especially effective if you're 30 or over. It is also much cheaper!

When I started researching this product for Defend Your Health I was a little skeptical of it, mainly due to the look and feel of the website and the cheesy video presentation. It didn't necessarily install trust. Then of course you have the name of the program itself “Flat Belly Overnight” – again this seemed suspicious.
Regardless, I continued through the sales video presentation and bought the product in order to put an informative program review together for anyone considering a purchase.
On that note… I've seen a few reviews of this program online from people who CLEARLY have not purchased the system. I wanted to give our readers all the facts, so I made sure I went through all of the content in detail and will explain exactly what you get for your money – along with my opinion on whether you should buy or not.

Here's what you need to know about the course and what you get…
Who Is It For?
The program is designed for people 35 and over (men and women) who are having trouble losing body fat, and particularly cellulite for women. The program isn't just about losing fat around the stomach, but other trouble spots as well. Basically it is for ‘stubborn fat', which gets more difficult to lose as you age.
In terms of any previous experience you may or may not have with dieting or working out – that isn't really too relevant. People new to the fitness world and those of you who have been training or dieting for years will be able to work through the program easily. It isn't challenging, but more on that later 🙂
Your current weight or body fat percentages don't really matter either – just make sure you consult with a physician if you're far overweight before trying this program (or any program).
Also, keep in mind the primary goal of this product is to help you lose fat specifically and achieve a slim toned physique. If you want to primarily build muscle or work more on fitness than aesthetics then this isn't really for you.
How Flat Belly Overnight Works
The basis of this program is nothing groundbreaking or secretive in terms of the strategies used. You may see far-fetched claims on the website such as “Do this one trick before going to bed tonight and lose 2 pounds of belly fat by the morning” – this is really just marketing for the product that's designed to generate intrigue, so I wouldn't pay attention to it. In my opinion that doesn't help credibility too much, but hey.
Once you look past those claims the program is like many others on the market. What I mean by that is it relies mostly on well known health and fitness principles; they're just presented in a slightly different way for marketing purposes. Basically the program works by shifting your diet more toward healthy whole foods and away from processed ‘artificial' foods, while at the same time performing some basic exercises for a few minutes each day.
There are a few little extra tips inside relating to specific weight loss foods you might not be familiar with, but I'll get on to those later when we look in great detail at the program contents.

What Is Inside The Flat Belly Overnight System?
Now I'm going to look at what you ACTUALLY get for your $37 inside this program. Once you're inside the main course there are three main sections. I'll walk you through each one in turn below.
Here are the 3 sections
– Video Section containing 7 videos: ‘Belly Flattening Sequences'
– Downloadable PDF #1: Done For You Template
– Downloadable PDF #2: Flat Belly Detox Formula
Section 1: Belly Flattening Sequences Videos
Here you'll find 7 very short videos of between 2-4 minutes in length. The videos have no audio.
These videos show you sequences of exercises to do – each sequence contains only 2-3 exercises and will take less than 3 minutes.
The video content is just just a combination of the program creator Andrew doing the exercises on the floor with some text on-screen explaining the movements – iPhone level stuff. The Flat Belly Overnight exercises and workouts are extremely basic body weight exercises only. Examples include:
- Different variations of planks
- Hip lifts
- Glute bridge
- Dead bug/dying bug
There are a few others too. Lots of the exercises are repeated in multiple sequences, so you're only given a handful.
In all honesty I was very disappointed with this section. The information is very short and basic – really just silent exercise clips I could easily find on YouTube. I was also surprised at how few exercises are covered.
I definitely wouldn't class these as ‘workouts' which is maybe why they're called sequences. You won't be burning many calories in 3 minutes per day either.
Very important note: There are some options to pay more for additional workout videos after you've already bought the main $37 course.
Option 1 – Is a 6-Week System add-on you can buy for an extra $97 – one of the things included is a bodyweight workout guide.
Option 2 – Is a ‘Rapid Fat Loss Blueprint' and a set of ‘Rapid Fat Loss Workout Videos' which you can buy for an extra $19
I don't know what the difference is between those two extra options, as I didn't buy them. This review is just intended to cover the core Flat Belly Overnight program. Unfortunately no actual workouts are included in the core program for $37, just the very simple sequences in the video section.
Now let's take a look at the rest of the program content, which is delivered in the form of downloadable PDF guides.
Sections 2 & 3: Flat Belly Overnight Done For You Template & Detox Formula (Downloadable PDFs)
Although the videos were short and a little disappointing for me personally, I expected the bulk of the content to be in these PDFs anyway. Here I was hoping for some real step-by-step actionable advice to follow with meal plans, food lists and grocery lists etc.
Here's what you can actually expect inside…
PDF #1 – Done For You Template
The content in this section (20 pages of large text) is very superficial – especially as it is supposed to be the core of the program!
It starts of with a list of 10 tips and tricks for fat loss – the sorts of things you see flying around everywhere on Facebook and in free online articles.
Second is a list of popular foods groups such as proteins, carbs, fats, fruits and veggies. Again, there is no real insight or explanation given here, just short lists of healthy foods in each of these groups.
Third is an example of what a typical day should look like for eating healthily. 3 example meals are given using foods from the lists earlier. Recipes aren't included though.
The final section simply tells you to perform one of the ‘sequences' from the video section each day.
PDF #2 – Detox Formula
This section is even shorter – less than 20 pages. It isn't really a detox formula in my opinion, it simply lists the following:
– A number of different teas which can boost metabolism
– Some common smoothie recipes for fat burning
– A List of herbs to add to meals
Unfortunately that is all of the content in the main $37 course!
Summary and Final Thoughts On Andrew Roposo's Flat Belly Overnight Program
You've probably guess that I didn't feel I got value for money with this course. I'd easily gone through all of the content, and watched all of the videos, in less than 30 minutes. The content itself was OK – it just follows common health and fitness principles. It is all easily available online for free and there is no actual program to follow in terms of workouts and what to eat in the main $37 product. Too much of what's included is just simple lists of foods etc.
I was hoping for step-by-step instruction and looking forward to seeing what the Flat Belly Overnight recipes and meal plans were. I also expected to be given some real workouts – the kind of thing I'm used to seeing when purchasing programs of this kind, without buying all the add-ons that more than double the price. It seems that with Andrew's course you need to purchase the add-on's to get anything like what I'd normally expect inside a course.
About the add-ons…
After buying the main course for $37 I was presented with 3 different optional add-ons to buy before I could access the content. I didn't buy any of them as my intention was to review the main course, which I assumed would contain at least the majority of the the content and what I needed to get results. Judging by their descriptions and the way there were presented during the buying process these add-ons probably do have more of what I was looking for – the main course certainly didn't though.
Here are the optional extras I was offered after buying:
First – Follow Along Workout Videos, Meal Plans, Exercise Manual & 6-Week Blueprint for $97 extra
Second – 14 Day Rapid Fat Loss Course (blueprint and workouts) for $19 extra
Finally – The Flat Belly Sleep Hack System for $37 extra – to get better sleep, cure insomnia and burn fat while in bed.
My Flat Belly Overnight results and overall experiences might of been better if I'd purchased all of those – maybe I'd even have some nice before and after pictures to show you in a few weeks time! I didn't intend to spend that kind of money however, and I feel a lot of that additional content should of been included inside the main course.

This course was designed for people over 35 who want to get back in to shape without crazy diets or living in the gym – it just doesn't deliver though due to lack of content.
